1. Launch Explorer and click on the Tools menu
2. Select Internet Options from the drop down menu.
3. A window will open up displaying tabs. Select Privacy
4. Adjust downward to Accept All Cookies.
5. After you've submitted your application and received confirmation, reset to the previous setting
